We are a family run facility catering primarily for students attending Coleg Sir Gar and Trinity College, and offering safe, comfortable and friendly student accommodation that will enable every student to get the most from their studies.

All our student properties have been designed to provide each student with their own secure bedroom (locks on each bedroom door), together with shared facilities: kitchen, bathroom and lounge area. 

Our aims are to provide high quality, safe student accommodation along with offering excellent value.  We have been successful for over 17 years and have recently expanded the number of properties we offer with some recently built detached executive houses.

As we live close to the student homes, we are readily available to help answer any questions or solve any problems for our students 

Using our experience, we aim to get to know all our students and develop a good relationship with them. We always help facilitate a family atmosphere within all our houses and as part of this approach, we feel it is vital to discuss fully all options and arrangements (including choice of house, bedroom etc.) with each student and their family before entering into an agreement.  This allows everyone to make an informed choice.
